Samuel Adler (natural March 4, 1928) is an American composer and conductor.
He was natural to the Jewish family in Mannheim, Germany and fled to the United States in 1939. Enlightened at Boston University, from 1966 until his retirement in 1994, he taught at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
